Instead of focusing on escaped CGI Toons like the weasels, Marvin scoured the ground from above to find the Rescue Rangers. Suddenly, he got a call from Adult Angelica.
“Yes, my liege?” He asked.
“The Rescue Rangers are being chased by Alexandrite.” She said. “Grab them and take them to the pier at 410 Setreal Road.”
“Got it, Angelica.” Said Marvin.

Meanwhile, the Rescue Rangers were being chased by Alexandrite, who was willing to even eat the rodents and fly. Dale took out his cellphone to live-stream what was happening.
“This is no time for a Dale’s Tales podcast!” Shouted Chip.
“Trust me.” Said Dale. “I know what I’m doing. ‘Hi, everyone! This is Dale again, and this time, we’re being chased by a six-armed two-mouthed monster!’” He moved the phone to show the viewers a picture of Alexandrite. “If any of you are watching this, please help us! And make sure to follow giant foot-” Alexandrite spat a fireball at Dale, making him drop his phone. Luckily, there was help along the way in more ways than one. About a quarter mile away, Ariel and Moana, two of the freed CGI Toons, were picking up garbage from the river.
“So tell me.” Moana asked Ariel. “When you starred in The Little Mermaid, did you wear a mermaid suit during production, or were you a mermaid before your CGI surgery?”
“Well,” Ariel began. “I am, in fact, a human. I wore a suit. With a few exceptions, I was in front of a tank filled with Toon fish. As for the other mer-actors, they were, in fact, real mermaids.” The Rescue Rangers then ran into a trash bag, catching the attention of the girls.
“I would run for your lives if I were you.” Said Zipper.
“Run from what?” Asked Ariel.
“That!” Said Gadget, as she pointed at Alexandrite.
“Oh, that thing?” Asked Moana. “I can handle this.” She opened the shell-shaped locket on her necklace, revealing a green stone. Alexandrite was enamored by the stone, and she kneeled down so Moana could place it on the monster’s ‘heart’.
“Thank you.” Said the giant.
“Steven Universe characters always fall for that.” Said Moana. Suddenly, Marvin the Martian appeared and slapped her in the back, making the stone drop. Ariel jumped back into the water to swim away, but both Dale and Moana got zapped into two separate USB drives by Adult Angelica.
“No!” Shouted Chip. Once again, memories spun around in his head. Him first meeting Dale in school, their first commercials together, the filming of Rescue Rangers, and even rapping for that CGI snake. He was devastated.
“You thought we were one-shot villains?” She asked. “Think again! Alexandrite! Grab the Rescue Rangers and follow me!” Alexandrite grabbed Chip and Gadget, while Marvin trapped Zipper in a jar.

Meanwhile, the Eds were at Marshall Ribbits’ literal pad at the swamp. They were at a campfire watching Godzilla vs. Kong on Ribbits’ water-proof computer.
“Ed.” Double D asked with an exhausted tone. “How much longer until this movie is over?”
“Another hour or so.” Replied Ed. Suddenly, a BongoLive notification popped up on screen.
“An advertisement for the following program?” Asked Double D. “But I thought streaming shows had no schedules.”
“Oh, my bad!” Said Ribbits. “That’s just my BongoLive account. Ooh, it’s Dale’s Tales. Any friend of Chip is a friend of mine. Let’s see.” He clicked on the notification, and it showed Chip, Dale, Gadget, and Zipper being chased by Alexandrite.
“Hi, everyone!” Dale said in the clip. “This is Dale again, and this time, we’re being chased by a six-armed two-mouthed monster! If any of you are watching this, please help us! And make sure to follow giant foot-” His phone dropped to the ground.
“Giant feet?” Asked Ed.
“It’s obviously giant footprints, Ed.” Said Eddy. “And it appears our friends need help. You heard the squirrel! Find giant footprints from a giant purple monster!”
“They’re chipmunks, Eddy.” Said Double D, and the three of them ran off to find giant footprints.
“Hey!” Said Ribbits. “What about your movie? Aren’t you gonna finish it?”
Author’s Notes: 410 Setreal Road is a nod to my birthday (April 10th) and my last name (Sateriale, which people would confuse for ‘Setreal’)
The name of the social media website that Dale used in Chip n Dale: Rescue Rangers was, in fact, called Bongo Live.
Ariel and Moana helping pick up trash from the river is a reference to how some fans actually made comparisons to The Little Mermaid and Moana: Both films have aquatic themes, characters yearn for adventure beyond their homes, overprotective dads, crab characters that get into a fight with a human, and the fact that both films were directed by John Musker and Ron Clements. Let's not forget how Lin-Manuel Miranda wrote new songs for the Little Mermaid reboot!
The Eds watching ‘Godzilla vs. Kong’ is a reference to how Ed on Ed, Edd n Eddy loved monster movies, even if they weren’t that good. It’s also a reference to how I have a friend in real life who loves Godzilla as much as Aaron in The Mitchells vs. the Machines loves dinosaurs.
