These Pokemon can be caught in the 50 states of the United States of America, as well as neighboring countries. These Pokemon include Charmander, Charmeleon, and Charizard, which would live in the Rocky Mountains...

Rufflett and Braviary, which are based on bald eagles...

Alolan Rattata and Raticate, which are Normal/Dark instead of just Normal (these rodents would live in New York)...

Cacnea and Cacturne, which would live in desert areas in the US...

Sandygast and Palossand, haunted Ground/Ghost-Type sand castles (they would be native to the Bermuda Triangle)...

Zigzagoon and Linoone, which are based on a raccoon and a ferret respectively...

*Lycanroc has two forms: In Pokemon Sun, it looks like this.

In Pokemon Moon, it looks like this.

Both forms are pure Rock, but if you ask me, I think they should've made Midnight Lycanroc (the red one standing on its hind legs) Rock/Dark.
Speaking of Lycanroc, in Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, which will hit stores November 17th, there will be a new form of this Rock-Type canine: Dusk Lycanroc, which shares traits to both Midday(the brown one on all fours) and Midnight Lycanroc.

However, it will not be caught within the games. Instead, players who buy Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon this November will receive Dusk Lycanroc as a gift.

Some Pokemon native to the US, like Rowlet, Munchlax, and Trapinch, can also be found in Europe.

Update! 1-6-18: I decided to make Rockruff and Lycanroc exclusive to North America because I feel they're the closest we'll currently get to a coyote Pokemon, even though Lycanroc is officially classified as the 'Wolf Pokemon'. In return, I distributed Poochyena and Mightyena to both Europe and Asia.
Update! 1-24-18: I moved Corphish and Crawdaunt to Worldwide Pokemon because they are canonically invasive species.
Update! 5-22-18: Moved Togedemaru to African Pokémon because I feel it's more like a tenrec, a strange hedgehog-like creature found only in Madagascar.
