Little Lost Luvdisc Chapter 2

Little Lost Luvdisc Chapter 2
A year passed, and Rakki has hatched into an energetic fry. One morning, Rakki was looking at Marlon, who was sleeping, and stared using Tackle on him.
"First day of school! First day of school!" He said. "Wake up, wake up. First day of school."
"I don't want to go to school." Said a drowsy Marlon. "Five more minutes."
"Not you, dad." Said Rakki. "Me. First day of school! Boy, oh boy!" Suddenly, Marlon heard a thud. He woke up and saw Rakki stuck in a hole of a Barbaracle.
"Rakki, don't move!" He said. "You'll never get out of there yourself. I'll do it." Marlon pulled Rakki out of the Rock-Type Pokemon and dragged him back to the Corsola and started asking him questions.
"Do you feel a break?" Asked Marlon.
"No." Answered Rakki.
"Sometimes you can't tell because fluid rushes to the area. Any rushing fluids?"
"No."
"Are you woozy?"
"No."
"How many spots do I have?"
"I'm fine."
"Answer the spot question!"
"Two."
"See? Something's wrong with you!" Stated Marlon. He swam around and counted how many spots he had. "I have one, two. That's all I have? You're okay. How's the lucky fin?"
"Lucky." Answered Rakki, showing his deformed fin. He then gave Marlon a high-five.
"Are you sure you want to go to school this year?" He asked his son. "There's no problem if you don't. You can wait five or six years."
"Come on, dad." Said Rakki. "It's time for school."
"Ah, ah, ah." Said Marlon. "Forgot to brush." Rakki moaned upon hearing that. "Do you want this Corsola to hurt you?"
"Yes." Said Rakki.
"Brush." Demanded Marlon, and Rakki rubbed his body against the large pink Rock-Type Pokemon.
-----------------------------------------------------------
After they were done brushing, the two Luvdisc poked their heads out of the Corsola.
"Alright, we're excited." Said Marlon. "First day of school, here we go. We're ready to learn to get some knowledge. What's the one thing we have to know about the ocean?"
"It's not safe." Answered Rakki.
"That's my boy." Said Marlon. "First, we check to see if the coast is clear. We go out, then back in. Out, then back in." While Marlon was still giving Corsola demonstrations, Rakki swam by myself. Marlon wasn't too far behind. While swimming to school, Rakki asked his dad a question.
"Hey dad." Said Rakki. "Maybe when I'm at school, I'll see a Sharpedo."
"I highly doubt it." Said Marlon.
"Have you ever met a Sharpedo?"
"No, and I don't plan to."
"How old are Blastoise?"
"Blastoise? I don't know."
"Rocky Relicanth from next door says they live to be a thousand years old."
"If I ever meet a Blastoise, I'll ask him. After I'm done talking to the Sharpedo." Suddenly, the two Luvdisc encountered a swarm of fish Pokemon.
"Hold on." Said Marlon. "Wait to cross." A Phione in the swarm lit up its antennae, and the other fish stopped swimming, allowing Marlon and Rakki to go through.
"Dad," Rakki said to Marlon. "You're not going to freak out like you did at the petting zoo, are you?"
"That Shellos was about to charge!" Said Marlon.
------------------------------------------------------------------
A moment later, Marlon and Rakki arrived at the school, surrounded my many different fish Pokemon.
"I wonder where we're supposed to go." Said Marlon. A Whiscash opened her mouth and seven small Barboach came out. On another side of the school, a Basculin and a Feebas took off a Dwebble's shell and started playing catch with it. Marlon and Rakki soon encountered a Seadra, a Lumineon, and an Octillary.
"Excuse me." Said Marlon. "Is this where we meet his teacher?"
"Well," Said the Seadra. "Look who's out of the Corsola."
"Yes. Shocking, I know." Replied Marlon.
"Marty, right?" Asked the Seadra.
"Marlon." Said the Luvdisc.
"Dragon." Said the Seadra.
"Octavius." Said the Octillary.
"Bill." Said the Lumineon. "Hey, you're a Luvdisc! You're funny, right? Tell us a joke."
"That's a common misconception." Said Marlon. "Luvdisc aren't funnier than any other fish. Humans may use us in battles and call us pathetic, but that doesn't mean..."
"Come on, love bug." Teased Bill.
"Do something funny." Said Octavius.
"Well, I do know one joke." Said Marlon. "There's a Shell Bell, see? And walks up to a, well, he doesn't walk up. He swims up. Actually, the Shell Bell isn't moving. He's in one place, and then the Pyukumuku, well, they.... I'm mixed up. There was a Shell Bell and Pyukumuku. None of them were walking, so forget that I..." Dragon interrupted Marlon and yelled at his son Kelp, a Horsea. He was playing with a Remoraid named Ponyo and a Finneon named Finn.
"Kelp!" He said. "Get out of Mr. Flatfish's yard now!" Suddenly, a large Stunfisk appeared out of the sand, and the three younger Pokemon were on Mr. Flatfish's back, where he couldn't see them.
"Dad, can I play with them?" Rakki asked Marlon.
"I would feel better if you played in the seaweed maze." Answered Marlon. "That's where I would play." Kelp, along with Ponyo and Finn, swam over to Rakki.
"What's wrong with his fin?" Asked Ponyo.
"He looks funny." Said Finn. Dragon then kicked his son.
"Ow!" Said Kelp. "Hey, what did I do?"
"Be nice." Said Dragon. "It's his first day at school."
"He was born with it, kids." Explained Marlon. "We call it his lucky fin." Rakki started feeling embarrassed.
"See this fin on my chin?" Said Ponyo. "It's actually shorter than my pectoral fins. But you can't really tell, especially when I move it like this." She swung her fin like a pendulum.
"I'm allergic to saltwater." Said Kelp, right before sneezing.
"I'm obnoxious." Said Finn. Suddenly, they all heard singing.
"Oh, let's name the zones, the zones, the zones," It was a 15-foot-long Mantine. "Let's name the zones of the open sea!"
"Mr. Kite!" Said Finn, Kelp, and Ponyo, and they swam over to the manta ray Pokemon. Rakki was going to join them, but Marlon grabbed him again.
"There's mesopelagic, bathyal, abyssal-pelagic," Sang the Mantine. "All the rest are too deep for you and me to see!" Mr. Kite accidentally landed on his students, excluding Rikki. "I wonder where my class has gone."
"We're under here!" Exclaimed the students, who came out from underneath Mr. Kite.
"Oh, there you are." Said the Mantine. "Climb aboard, explorers! Oh, knowledge exploring is oh, so lyrical when you think thoughts that are empirical!" Rakki then approached Mr. Kite, with Marlon by his side.
"Hello." Greeted Mr. Kite. "Who is this?"
"I'm Rakki." Said the Luvdisc.
"Well, Rakki." Said Mr. Kite. "All new explorers must answer a science question. You live in what kind of Pokemon?"
"A Corsolololola." Replied Rakki, having trouble pronouncing Corsola's name.
"Okay kid, don't hurt yourself." Said Mr. Kite. "Welcome aboard, explorers!" Before Mr. Kite could take off, Marlon swam over to him to tell him something.
"Just so you know," Said Marlon. "He's got a little fin. I find if he's having trouble swimming, I let him take a break, 10 to 15 minutes."
"Dad, it's time for you to go now." Said an embarrassed Rakki.
"Don't worry." Said Mr. Kite. "We're gonna stay together as a group. Okay, class, optical orbits up front. And remember, we keep our supraesophogeal ganglions to ourselves. That means you, Pincherson."
"Aw, man!" Said a Corphish, and Mr. Kite took off.
"Bye, Rakki!" Said Marlon.
"Bye, dad!" Said Rikki.
"Bye, son." Said Marlon. "Please be safe." Dragon, Octavius, and Bill swarm towards the Luvdisc.
"You're doing pretty well for a first-timer." Said Dragon.
"I remember when my oldest went off to Route 127." Said Bill.
"Route 127?!" Shouted Marlon. "They're going to Route 127? What are you, insane? Why not catch them now and pit them against Koga?" Marlon swam to Route 127 to warn Rakki.
"Hey, Marty." Said Dragon. "Calm down."
"Don't tell me to be calm, pony boy!" Said Marlon.
"Pony boy?" Dragon asked himself.
"For a Luvdisc, he isn't that funny." Said Bill.
"Pity." Said Octavius.
Author's Notes: Ponyo, the Remoraid who takes the place of Pearl the flapjack octopus, is named after Hayao Miyazaki's Ponyo.

Back then, Koga was a nightmare since there were no Steel-Type Pokemon, which is immune to Poison. Also, Magnemite and Magneton were not diagnosed with the Steel-Type yet.
The Shell Bell is an item in the Pokemon games that lets the Pokemon regain HP whenever he/she/it damages the opponent.
